Tool sites have a built-in problem: the page is mostly a form, so there is little text for Google to read. Here is how to fix that.
1. One tool, one clear goal
Give each tool its own page that targets one search phrase, such as "compress pdf to 200kb".
2. Add real content under the tool
Write a short explanation of how to use it, who it helps, and an FAQ. Answer real questions in plain language.
3. Get the basics right
- A unique title and meta description for every page. Draft yours with the Meta Tag Generator.
- One H1 per page.
- A sitemap. Create one with the XML Sitemap Generator.
- A clean robots.txt from the Robots.txt Generator.
4. Link pages together
Connect related tools and blog posts so visitors and crawlers can move around.
5. Be patient
New sites take months. Links from relevant sites matter more than anything else, so focus on being useful and getting mentioned.
Check your keyword balance with the Keyword Density Checker so you do not overdo it.
