Ranges follow the usual pattern for each exam. Always confirm in the current notification.
Example: with a General upper limit of 32 and a cut-off of 1 August, a candidate born on 2 August 1993 is still within the limit, while one born on 1 August 1993 has turned 33 and is not.
On the cut-off date printed in the exam notification, not on the day you apply.
The usual pattern adds 3 years for OBC (non-creamy layer), 5 for SC/ST, and 10, 13 or 15 for PwBD in General/EWS, OBC and SC/ST. EWS gets none. Check the notification for exceptions.
