Tips for SBI Clerk uploads

Keep one folder with four files named photo, signature, thumb and declaration so you never upload the wrong one.
Check the preview on the portal after each upload; a stretched photo often passes the size check but is rejected later.
Use the same state/UT choice and the same name spelling as on your ID.
The declaration is usually a short sentence stating that the information in your application is correct and that you will produce documents when asked. Copy the exact wording from the notification, write it yourself in black or blue ink on plain white paper, and do not type it or use capital letters if the notice forbids it.
