Google Cache Checker – Check If and When Google Cached Your Page
Enter any URL and this tool checks whether Google has a cached (saved) copy of that page, which is a quick way to confirm Google has actually crawled and stored your content — useful right after publishing a new page, after a major content update, or when troubleshooting why a page isn't showing up the way you expect in search results.
Simply paste the full URL you want to check and run the tool. There's nothing to install and no sign-up required, and you can check as many URLs as you need.
Checking the cache here tells you whether Google has stored a copy of a specific page. For a broader check across your whole site, search “site:yourdomain.com” directly on Google or look in Google Search Console.
Publish quality content, make sure the page isn't blocked by robots.txt, submit it through Google Search Console's URL inspection tool, and consider pinging the URL (see the Ping Website tool) — indexing speed also depends on your site's overall crawl frequency.
A missing cache usually just means the page is new, was recently changed, or hasn't been crawled yet — it doesn't necessarily mean something is broken. Give it time, especially on newer or lower-traffic sites.
Google has scaled back the public-facing “Cached” link in search results over time, but checking whether a page has been crawled and stored remains a useful diagnostic signal.
